Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Overview
Smart Safety Solutions LLC (“Smart Safety Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates acusaif.com (the “Site”), the AcuSaif safety monitoring service, and the AcuSaif mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry information. When you submit our contact form or request a demo or quote, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.
- Cost estimator and signup information. If you use our cost estimator or request service through it, we collect the information you enter, such as your contact details, company and business identity, delivery and job-site locations, and the options you select, to generate your estimate, review your request, and set up your service if it is approved.
- Customer account information. If your company is an AcuSaif customer, we collect account details such as names, email addresses, and login credentials needed to provide the customer portal.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for the Site to function and to protect it from abuse, and we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and for how long. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Job-site imagery and the AcuSaif™ service
The AcuSaif service processes photographs captured by cameras that our customers deploy on their own job sites. We process this imagery on behalf of the customer to provide safety monitoring, alerting, and compliance documentation features. Customers are responsible for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, their workers that applicable law requires. Imagery is retained and deleted in accordance with the customer’s service agreement.
5. The AcuSaif™ mobile application
The AcuSaif mobile application (the “App”) is provided to workers and administrators at organizations that subscribe to the AcuSaif safety monitoring service. Access requires an account created for you by your organization’s AcuSaif administrator. The App is not a consumer sign-up product, and you must sign in to use it.
What the App collects:
- Account and profile information. Your name, email address, and the role and organization your administrator assigns to you. We use these to sign you in and to limit what you can see to your own organization.
- Safety imagery. Photographs captured by the cameras your organization deploys, shown in the App for safety review and compliance. Each image is attributed to the person assigned to that camera at the time of capture. Section 4 above describes how we handle this imagery.
- Location, during a Nail Tracker session only. When you run a Nail Tracker session, the App asks your device for its location one time, at the start of the session, so production counts can be matched to the right job site. Location is not collected in the background and is not tracked continuously. Granting location access is optional, and a session runs without it.
- Microphone audio, during a Nail Tracker session only. The Nail Tracker listens for nail-gun impacts through your device microphone. The audio is analyzed on your device as it happens, only to count impacts. It stays on your device and is never uploaded to us or shared with anyone.
- Session details you enter. The nail count, session length, and any notes you type are saved with the session so you and your administrator can review them later.
- Technical information. When the App connects to our service, our systems log ordinary technical details such as device type, operating system version, app version, and the time of the request. We use these to operate and secure the service and to diagnose problems. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics tracking.
- Notifications. With your permission, the App shows the number of new images as a badge on its icon. It does not send alert or sound notifications. You can turn the badge off in your device settings.
Permissions. The App requests microphone and location access only for the Nail Tracker feature described above, and only when you use it. Both are optional, and you can revoke either one at any time in your device settings.
Accounts and deletion. AcuSaif accounts are created and managed by the organization that employs or engages you, because account continuity is part of the safety compliance record your employer keeps. For that reason you cannot delete your own account from inside the App. To have your account or personal information removed or corrected, contact your organization’s AcuSaif administrator, or email us at support@acusaif.com, and we will handle the request as described in section 10 below. When an organization closes its AcuSaif account, the accounts of its members are deactivated with it.
Maps. Screens that plot images or devices on a map load map data from a third-party map provider, which receives the request from your device in order to serve the map.

10. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through our contact page or by emailing support@acusaif.com. If you use the App through your employer, see section 5 above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
The Site and the App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
